Buying a home is a process that can take time. You want to find the right one, you want to get the property for a great price and you want the transaction to go smoothly.
That’s where I come in, I’m here to help!
My role is to guide you through the process so that you have all the information you need to make the best decision for you, your family and your goals.
I will help you tour potential properties, conduct due dilligence, negotiate the offer and get the deal closed smoothly so you can move with confidence.
Step by Step…
Set Your Vision
Visualize the home you want, the community you desire and how it’s all going to come together smoothly for you. Consider the types of features you must have in your home, the schools, recreation or cultural amenitites you desire to be near, and what kind of neighbourhood you will feel most at home. Write down your vision and goals for the property so you are clear where you want to go.
Financing
Talk to a Mortgage Broker to secure a pre-approval and get advise on how to acheive your property goals. A qualified Mortgage Broker will walk you through the process of gettng the right mortgage for your purchase. They will advise you on how much down payment you will need, what your monthly costs will be and will work with your team to bring everything together.
The Realtor
It’s important to work with someone that you trust and someone that is going to offer the type of service that you’re expecting. As your Realtor, we’ll work closely together to get the best home in the best location that meets your goals and stays on budget.
Property Tours
The fun part, touring homes! Some people need to see only 6 properties, some need to see 60, it’s a process and I’m here to help you navigate. Top Tip: Wear sox & easy to remove shoes
Negotiating & Due Dilligence
Once you find “the one” we will go over current market data to determine a fair price. We will negotiate what’s included, what due dilligence we will conduct and when you’ll get to take possession. I will guide you through the due dilligence whether it’s a new home, old home, vacant land, rural property, revenue property or condo we will dig into the details to make sure you know exactly what you are buying.
Closing
I will work with your Mortgage Broker and Lawyer to ensure the transaction closes smoothly and you get your keys on time. Congrats! This is where your vision comes to life!
