We will always use professional photos, modern digital floorplans and 3D Virtual Tours.  Realtor.ca is where people go to first search for homes and having great picutres is what gets properties noticed.  It’s standard to have professional photos for all my listings.

Selling Strategy

We will work together to go over our strategy to market your home to qualified buyers.  We will navigate the showing process with you and provide feedback from potential buyers along the way so we can adjust our course if necessary.

The biggest question customers have is what is my home worth? Pricing your property isn’t magic, it comes down to experience in researching the local market, knowing the competition and crunching the numbers to see what your home could sell for.
